From May 7 to 30, Arte in Salotto di Camilla Prini will host the works of Girolamo Ciulla and Giovanni Viola in a dialogue between the two Sicilian artists. Ciulla's archetypal sculpture and the refined hyperrealism of Viola's pastels and oils will flood the Brera gallery with light and Sicilian atmospheres. The core of works selected for this exhibition represents an overview of the authors' favorite themes, from Giovanni Viola's seascapes to Girolamo Ciulla's majestic figures, revealing a profound communion of intent that is highlighted in the search for a strong stability of the image and in the measured ostentation of details.
